This is me! I came in to see Sheila with a headache. The first needle made an immediate difference in my pain. By the time the session was over, my headache was gone! I have been seeing Sheila for several years, and once I felt the difference that acupuncture made, I’ve been bringing a variety of pain and health issues to her.

This is me, with cupping and neuro-acupuncture. I broke my neck 4 years ago and had a cervical fusion. When I first came to see Sheila last Fall, I had paralysis on my left side and loss of sensation on my right. My left hand and arm were so tight they curled to my body, and I had foot drop. We used neuro-acupuncture, electrical stimulation, cupping and regular body acupoints. Within 7 treatments I had greatly increased sensation, more relaxed hand and arm, 80% improvement in my foot drop, and less tight back muscles from accommodating for my less strong leg. Within 13 visits, I can move my hand and leg better than I have been able to since my accident. Consistently going back to acupuncture has helped these physical benefits to continue to get better each time. I also enjoy how awake I feel after visiting Sheila. –Walker L.

I have been coming to see Sheila since I was a teenager. I have numerous spine and neck complications and she has helped me tremendously. She helps to maintain my pain, relax my tight muscles, and overall, just feel better in everyday life.  Sheila is like another one of my doctors. Whenever I have a new pain, I explain it to her and she determines the cause of it. She is incredibly knowledgeable! She has referred me to a physical therapist, knowing that between the two of them, they can both help me. My wife sent me to Sheila when I had an ongoing ankle pain that was getting worse, instead of better. I was open-minded and skeptical on my first visit. Sheila explained acupuncture to me and what she was doing for my ankle. By the third visit, my pain was gone. I noticed from the beginning how much better I felt physically and mentally, so I make sure I keep appointments every 3 or 4 weeks for my overall well-being.
